What does Old Scratch offer Tom Walker and what does he want in return?

Old Scratch,or the Devil, tells Tom that he can make him a rich man in the town. He tells Tom that he can have a long life as well. In return, Tom must give Old Scratch his soul and meet him when he comes calling for him.
