who is the antagonst of the main character?

Really the antagonists are the forces that work against the protagonist Hannah or Chaya. The antagonist in this case isn't one person rather than the Nazi system and ideology. There are key people, the three fingered lady and Commandant Breuer, but they represent the fascist ideology of the Nazis.
