When does Anne begin to understand what going into hiding will mean?

The first way it is different is that Anne no longer goes to school. Her schooling is given by her father. The second is that all of the people have to be completely quiet during the day and they are never sure of the amount of food that they would have. They felt completely trapped, could not go outside, and were never sure that they were fully protected.
