Who warns Anne away from Peter?

Anne and Peter agree that she should discuss their relationship with her father. She does, and her father says that it is not a good idea for them to carry on a relationship in the house.

yes i can say the same because Otto just wants her to feel like she needs some time with family not with Peter but I would say you can go on with the relationship but just be very cautious on what happens next
