Describe Mr. Wine? Chapter 17

Mr. Wine is an older, Jewish man, who lives in the settlement where he works on clocks. He is friends with Little Tree's grandparents, and he teaches Little Tree to tell time and work out math problems. For the most part, he is a very happy man.
