How much of what happens at the end of the story is to be believed, and how much is in the narrator's imagination?
I think that is up to the reader. There are certainly gothic and supernatural elements to this story. If the reader can buy into the idea that Madeline is a zombie, than the reader should be able to believe in the ultimate collapse of the house and Roderick Usher.
