Chapter 8 judging from this short extract, why do you think the book is called The Fault in our Stars?

I'm not sure which extract you mean but I can comment on the title. The title is taken from Shakespeare's Julius Caesar. The title, fault in our stars, means there is something wrong in their destiny. Unlike Caesar, who contributed to his own demise, Hazen and Agustus are guiltless. They did nothing to deserve their sickness, yet their destiny is fraught with tragedy.
