Before changing his life and opening his outreach program, Frank spent time in prison. As a teenager, he was arrested for disturbing the peace, assault, breaking and entering, theft, and possesion of drugs. Frank then gave up drugs and focused on doing something with his life... helping others beat their paths in the same way he'd done.
