For you what is the best ending at the giver If i ask you to write the ending

The Giver actually continues on to Lois Lowry's next book "Gathering Blue". The ending of the Giver certainly means the story will continue. If I were to simply end the story, I might have Jonas destroy the control and order the Elder's have on the community. The community would experience all their memories, both good and bad, and would have to learn to deal with them.
