WHY IS THE GIVER'S AND JONAS'S PLAN PERFECT? PLEASE ANSWER IN A LONG ANSWER! CHAPTER 20-23

I suppose the plan is pretty good.  They seem to coordinate the ceremony, taking Gabriel, and the flood of memories coming back pretty well. The Giver will remain to help the community make the major adjustment to the emotions they have not experienced before. I'm not sure what else you are looking for.
