When Brian stopped to speak to the woman at the Green Lantern, he expected to find out some terrible secret.... as did Jeannette, who stood across the street waiting for him. Instead, he had a quiet conversation with a woman, who treated him with affection. It was a positive interaction, and afterward, rather than shunning the women.... Brian would smile and wave.
