What is Rex's lesson about fire?

Rex's fire lesson, as with most of his lessons, is pretty irresponsible. He teaches her that fire isn't scary more than fun and exciting. From apartments burning down to trees and Jeannette herself catching fire, Rex's lack of respect for fire causes a lot of harm.
