The good morrow by john donne the poets use of caesura
Donne uses a device called an enjambment at the end of his first line and inserting a caesura caused by a question mark in the middle of the second line. The speaker suggests that the previous romance can be compared to unknowing babies still suckling he milk from their mothers.
