Act 2, scene 1
Yosif (or Osip) does not approve of his master's behaviour as he often says things that imply that Klestakhov is an irresponsible, lazy gambler that may seem proud of wat he has never had. He says that Klestakhov is selfish eventhough he barely has anything to be selfish about.
Furthermore, Osip seems to dislike his master's behaviour because he often points out his lack of hardwork and Klestakhov proffs this further in the book
