I need a citation on Jim Casy

I need the citation for when Jim Casy sacrifices himself for Tom Joad and turns himself in. I'm doing a presentation on why Jim and Jesus are relatable.

I would say that the following quote by Casy fits your needs perfectly. Just before he is beaten by the police, Casy says "You don' know what you're a doin." This is very similar to Christ's words of the cross, "Forgive them, Father, for they know not what they do."
