What is off-putting to Tom and Daisy about Gatsby and the party?

Tom and Daisy are shocked at the alcohol driven debauchery that is going on at Gatsby's party. Tom asks Nick, "Did you notice Daisy's face when that girl asked her to put her under a cold shower?" Daisy embarrassed aback that a stranger would ask such a request.
