daisy as a women, why doesn't she deserve Gatsby's devotion?
Daisy uses her frailty as an excuse for her extreme immaturity. She promises to wait for Gatsby but choses Tom's extreme wealth over genuine affection, if she has any. Daisy, in the end, is lost in the illusion of wealth and money.
