Why doesn't Nick condemn Tom for having a mistress? He just goes along with Tom passively. Does this show that Nick is dishonest too?

Firstly I don't think Nick even likes Tom. Nick finds Tom boorish and plain mean. Nick expects a guy like Tom to cheat on his wife. Tom lives to satisfy his own desires, he lives for himself. Nick is a visitor to the world of the ultra rich. His role isn't to change anything which is part of what makes him such a reliable narrator.
