How has the relationship with Ofglen changed since the day at Soul Scrolls?

At Soul Scrolls the women seem to be developing an easy bond of friendship, but as the bond expands, Ofglen becomes more and more open about her involvement with Mayday and her desire to bring Offred into the movement.
