why is starr confused when the king lords appear at the back of the church?

I believe that Starr is confused because Lesha is with the Lords. Starr's father had interactions with Lesha (a prostitute) that resulted in the birth of Seven. Her appearance, as well as King's, is insensitive and causes discomfort.... it even appears to be a kind of sick joke.
