Compare the technique of a good injection with a bad one. How could they tell by the effects?

In Chapter 25, the subject of injections deals with euthanasia and the possiblity of spreading the virus. A good injection would go straight into the heart, a bad injection misses the heart and causes the poison to flood the chest, which in turn, causes the animal to struggle.
