How did life in level 4 compare to a spacewalk?

THere are a lot of security clearances to go through. They had to suit up in suits not unlike astronauts would wear. Their suits had to be sealed. They step around each other "like wrestlers". They had their own oxygen and only so much time to perform their tasks. The moved slowly and deliberately, conserving energy, just like on a spacewalk.
