what was the process the army used to "take care of" all of the monekys

Once the Army becomes involved, it is decided that they will work to euthaniza the monkey's in a storeroom that is connected to the monkey house and accessible by a back door. The rooms are taped to prevent contamination, and the monkeys are euthanized.
