What did Dr. Musoke do that contributed to the spread of the disease? what would you have done?

Dr. Musoke attempted to diagnose and treat himself, which meant he exposed numerous people to the disease while he was trying to cure the wrong illnesses. I might have considered that Monet's symptoms were similar to my own, and that I had been there when he died from a disease I couldn't diagnose.
