What did the infected lung look like? What are the implications for infection of virus that moves from the lung to the testicles?

The virus bubbled up in the lungs, individual cells were swollen and contained dark specks. When looked at more closely, it could be seen that the specks were actually blobs that seemed to burst or hatch crystalloids. Thus, in this way, the lungs were "popping Ebola directly into the air."

I see the evidence that the virus then moves to the testicles, but I do not see any noted implications.
