How does Mr. Alacran and El Patron react to Matt's crush on Maria? Is El Patron's reaction surprising?

Mr. Alacran is appalled by Matt's crush on Maria.... he doesn't want a clone kissing his daughter. El Patron becomes angry and takes Matt's side because Matt is HIS clone, and thus, should have anything he wants. El Patron is thrilled that Matt is so like him.... punishing those he likes.... and making demands for what he wants. He sees Matt as a chip off the old block.
