How does Pheobe feel about Holgrave?

I wouldn't say she loved Holgrave more than he was only youthful mind with whom Phoebe had regular contact was Holgrave. Everybody else was either a child or old. THey were both New Englanders so there was a connection there. They were both very different people though. Holgrave defined himself by a strict belief system of efficiency and work while Phoebe was a free spirit full of curiosity and mirth.
