Part 1:Describe the setting, time period

The setting is the future at some unspecified time. The world is dystopian - it might make the reader think of the dystopian civilization of a book such as 1984 or even Brave New World. The country is divided into districts, each of which has a different wealth, different activities and different important qualities.
