Symbolism: Rue: How does she appear in the novel?

Rue is female tribute from District 11, the second poorest district in Panem. She is 12 years old and Katniss associates her with Prim. They form an alliance in the Games. Rue represents childhood and innocence. She is crafty but fragile.
