what does katniss tell her mother and prim in the waiting room

Katniss tells her mother that she is not to accept tesserae for Prim. She tells them they must get by between the apothecary business and the goat milk, and that Gale will supply the herbs for the apothecary. Katniss also warns her mother not to get depressed again because Prim needs her.
