Where in the book(page number) does it say where the capital is located?

I know it's by/in the Rocky Mountains.

The capitol is hinted as being located in the Rocky Mountains in North America. Unfortunately I don't know what page number this is in. There are so many copies of the Hunger Games printed with different page numbers.
