After the bet is completed and Haoyou is finished flying, why is Kublai Kahn so angry?

Kahn is angry because he believes that Haoyou has desecrated the holy places and offended the spirits his ancestors. Haoyou had landed on the traveling altar of Kublai Khan.... a grave offense.
