The people believed he had the power to speak with their ancestors and treated him with reverence. Haoyou didn't know how to respond, but Mipeng jumped right in with an imaginary message to the people, deceiving them that the ancestors had really appeared. After speaking to the people, people began arriving in large number to see the powers of Haoyou and Mipeng for themselves...... causing the duo to run and hide.
