What inference can you make about why the Taliban murdered all of the Hazaras in the city of Mazar-i-Sharif?

It's basically what make them do that, or what characteristic can we have from the Taliban?

The Hazaras are "half breeds" and low on the social scale. The Taliban are flippant with the lives of their own people. They find the Hazaras contemptible and easy to kill.
