How would the story be different if written from Katrina’s point of view?

Had Katrina narrated the story from her perspective it would likely be a far different story. We hear nothing about her being superstitious, but we know that she is beautiful, flirtacious, and extremely spoiled. To Katrina, Ichabod's obession with her might be nothing more than entertainment. Through her eyes, we'd probably hear about the slightly odd school teacher, the parties, the dresses, and the flirting with single men.
