I believe you are referring to Miing's removal of the driver's body.... the man he'd jus killed. When Miing drives the truck to the secluded lake, he says, I “sang each one of them home when I poured them out”. He is speaking to the fact that people are sometimes forced to take actions they would normally have nothing to do with, but that in their circumstances, the only thing that is of importance is their good intentions. This speaks to both Miing's killing of the driver, and French's killing of Travis.
