Why is this chapter called “Rogarou Comes Home”?

The Rogarou is from a traditional Métis story of the Rogarou--a werewolf-like creature that haunts the roads and woods of Métis communities. I think that in the story the Rogarou is a metaphor for white society and the hunters that are after them.
