Apparently Alby, is a dynamic character (Changes). He gets stung by a griever and goes through the changing. As a result of the changing, he reveals that Thomas is a bad guy similar to Ben and Gally.

Alby. He goes through the Changing after being stung by a Griever. Then THOMAS goes through the Changing to get memories back so then the Gladers can get out of the Maze.
