After being attacked by the Griever, Alby falls unconscious. Thomas refuses to leave Alby, and eventually transports him back to the Glade where he is given the Grief serum and proceeds to go through the changing.

Alby falls unconscious after being bit by a Griever. I forget if he goes crazy or not. Anyway he falls unconscious.
