The Metamorphosis?

Gregor Samsa wakes up to find that he has been transformed into a giant insect. Gregor briefly examines his new body, but wonders only momentarily about what has happened to him. Gregor's transformation becomes reflects his isolation when he was in human form. Gregor's family begins to be more and more estranged from him.
