A character is dynamic when she or he changes during the course of the story. How was rainsford changed during the course of the story?

I wouldn't want to read too much into any character in this story. They are basically flat characters. Still there is evidence that Rainsford is considering how an animal might feel being hunted. Contrary to his conversation with Whitney, Rainsford might have changes his mind about animals feeling things now that he is the one being hunted.
