Rainsford just fell into the "blood-warm waters" of the Caribbean , Do you think he'll make it back to the boat ? Why or Why not ?

Probably not. The whole idea was for the author to get Rainsford on to "Ship Trap Island". The falling pipe, and plunge into the ocean, is the author's way of getting him there.
