Rainsford learns what an animal might feel like being hunted. Initially Rainsford scoffed at animals feeling anything. Being hunted himself, by Zaroff, Rainsford gets a glimpse into what an animal at bay might feel like.
there are many changeable roles unfolded throughout the story at the end , anyhow , he proved he is the hunter , if u mean otherwise before the end , so he learns that animals are using hiding labours to hide they live amad life , the death of the fear and the hiding to avoid that plight >>> he learns also to be an equal conquest between these 2 creatures , however at the end he is now under the idea and willing to hunt humans when zaroff won his soul ...
