Book 11: Land of the Dead. HW question: what difficulties does Tiresias predict for the journey to come?

Tiresias predicts that all the men will die except for Odysseus. He also fortells that Odysseus will arrive home under "strange sail" (different ship) to find suitors eating his food and trying to wed his wife.
