The Old Man and the Sea
When the boy and the old man stop on the terrace for a drink, many of the fishermen make fun of Santiago. How do you think he feels?

Santiago is a fisherman, hardened and proved. The talk of the other fisherman might hurt his pride.... but he knew himself better than to take it seriously. Their talk simply makes him want to prove himself again.
