The One and Only Ivan

Bob found himself at the circus and he began sleeping on Ivan's belly. Bob and Ivan have been good friends ever since, and Bob is often a source of comfort for Ivan. Ivan appreciates Bob's friendship. Stella remembers everything about her past and she worries that Ruby (baby elephant) is in for a hard time. For this reason, she asks Ivan to protect Ruby when Stella realizes she is dying. Stella is kind and gentle and Ivan likes her. Both Bob and Stella were abused in their past lives and Ivan is empathetic to them.
