How does it make you feel when Darry slaps Ponyboy? Would you consider him abusive?

Darry just cares about his younger brother. Darry knows Social Services will take Pony away if there is any trouble. Pony breaking curfew is against Darry's rules. Darry is just frustrated that Pony is acting out. He is trying to parent Ponyboy even though he is so young himself.
