what is the opinion of the neighboumending wall

That the wall is there to keep the neighbour out but the neighbour doesnt want it their so he bashes it down every now and then the wall gets angry with the man for bashing the wall down so the other neighbour makes a deal with the neighbour so that they will have the exact same wall.
