As with the ‘tattered’ soldier, what do learn about the ‘loud’ soldier based on the dialogue between him and the youth? What do we learn about the youth in this case

Henry shows his juvinile-self when he lies about his wound. Ironically Henry's actions are counter-balanced by the more mature and self-less actions of Wilson, the loud soldier. He takes care of Henry and his wound, trying to make him comfortable, complimenting his toughness, making sure he gets to sleep. There is little bragging about the loud soldier's actions. He does them, it seems, out of his joy to see Henry.
