i need a comic, dosnt matter how many panels just enough to somewhat tell the story.

This depends how good you are at drawing. I am useless at it but you might be quite good. Have you ever seen a graphic novel? I would, if I had the talent, do something like that. In any case I would look on line for something. He was one of the original masked superheroes. I would consider a picture of him sneaking French aristocrats (mostly women and children) out of Parris to London. A few panels of Pimpernel fighting "bad guys" and swashbuckling his way to save innocent people might be good.
